INGERDIENTS
Dr.Mohans high fiber rice flakes 100g
Almonds 15g
Cashewnuts 15g
Cardamom 5g
Ghee 25ml
Sweetner to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. Roast flakes in dry pan then soak it in water for 15 mins-20mins.
  2. Heat pan. pour ghee,add shredded almonds,cashewnuts and cardamom until  brown.
  3. Add drained flakes in it ,sprinkle little water allow it cook for 10 mins.
  4. Add sweetner  separately to it.
  5. PORTION SIZE :3
