INGREDIENTS:

  1. DR.MOHAN’S BROWN RICE- ¼ CUP
  2. MILK- ¾ CUP
  3. CARDAMOM- 1 TSP POWDERED
  4. NATURAL  SWEETNER- AS NEEDED

FOR GARNISHING

  1. ALMOND – SHREDDED- 2TSP
  2. WALNUT- SHREDDED-2 TSP
  3. CASHEW- SHREDDED- 2 TSP

METHOD

  1. SOAK BROWNRICE FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS.
  2. BRING THE MILK TO BOILING TEMPERATURE
  3. ADD THE SOAKED BROWN RICE TO THE BOILING MILK. KEEP STIRRING THE INGREDIENTS OVER LOW FLAME.
  4. ADD CARDAMOM POWDER AND GIVE A MIX
  5. TOP IT WITH SHREDDED ALMONDS, WALNUTS AND CASHEWS
  6. FOR TASTE, IF NEEDED CAN ADD SWEETNER (SHOULD BE ADDED ONLY BEFORE SERVING)
